Clean up laundry room electrical wiring, eliminating open splices, exposed wiring, etc. 4. Provide a proper installation for the water heater, with an approved flue,.and separation from combustibles. During my visit I also observed an old mobile.home at the rear of the property that currently is vacant. This mobilehome is not California Coded, wiring and plumbing appear substandard,. and as such cannot.legally be rented or occupied. A reinspection will be made. Failure to comply with this notice .will result in the Franchise Tax Board being notified of your noncompliance. You will then be prevented from claiming State tax deductions -for -taxes, depreciation, amortization, or interest expenses connected with the property as longus it remains sub- standard. This notice is given to you pursuant -to Sections 17299 and 24436.5 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code.
