Based on the Wyman Ravine Drainage Study the 10 year flood will be about 608 of the 100 year flood. This will result in negligible innundation of the Southerly portion of the parcel -and about 1/2 foot of innundation on the Northerly portion of -the parcel. The septic system should be installed a minimum of 100' East of the Railroad Avenue roadside ditch and on the Southerly half of the parcel.
