This is` a request for an Administrative Permit to allow, a detached Senior Citizen
Dwelling ti'nit on a 10 acre r arcel located at the southeast corner of South Villa AV11be
and-Melvina Avenue, Palenc►o, The parcel is zoned AR-Mei-I (Agricultural Residential W -
Mobile Home'- 1 acre parcels). , The applicant proposes to place ,a 1200 square, foot
mobil ehome approximately 20 feet west of the existing dwelling. The site meets all
setback requirements for the zone, The project appears 16 meet all of the conditions
required for a Senior Citizen Dwelling; Unit as listed in section 24-207 of the Butte
County Code. The following con�itibns are recotrirriendet
�1) The 'living area", in the interior habitable floor space area of a dwelling
unit including basements and attics, but not including u, garage rot any accessary
structure,) shall not exceed 1,200 square feet;
