Dear Mr. Tone:
In reference to your application for a Variance to mobile
home size on AP 26-25-19-, the Planning Department can not
accept or proceed with the application based oia the rea-
son stated on the application. As stated in Section 24-
49 of the Butte. County Code (see below).
Variances shall be granted only when, because of
special circumstances applicable to the property,
including size, shape, topography, location or sur
roundings, the strict application of this chapter
deprives such property of privileges en7'oyed by other
Property in the vicinity and under identical zoning
classification.
