RE: Building Code Violation
285 Lone Tree Road, Oroville
Dear Mr—Tennant:
We wrote you a letter dated January 15, 1992 about code violations on A.P.
#26-26-27 which was in error as follows:
(1) There is no mobilehome on A.P.C#2b_2�-6=-2� The mobilehome is located
on A.P. #26-26-08 and it was installed with permits, inspections and
is approved by this office.
(2) The van and camper are not on A.P. #26-26-27. The van and camper
(bread truck)'are located on A.P. #26-26-08 and are in violation of
the ARMHS zone.
I want to thank you for coming into our office 'to correct our errors and I
apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Your proposal to resolve the violation indicated in Item Number (2) above within
thirty (30) days is agreeable to this office.
