Dear Mr, Jones;
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory Agency -held
on February 24, 1986, the agency denied your tentat,-k41e subdivision
on the above -referenced property. The project was denied because
the time lines have been passed which are permitted by C9QA for
action upon the project and there is insuf'f'icient information to
verify that the lots can meet the requirements of ApAendix 7 of the
Butte County Subdivision Ordinance :dor sewage disposal standards,
If no appeals are timely filed-=Withir, ten days of the date of the
Advisory Agency's denial --with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors,
this action will be final.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact this
office.
Very truly yours,

Plan designates this area as Agricultural. ResidentiaI4 These are no
specific or community plans for the area.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning not any adopted or proposed
element of the Butte County General Plan nor any County, specific or
