He said one of the problems is that there are similar i newals currently being processed at the Planning Office that, will be on the next ilg. _ .,,JQ ,and any decision on these renewals could have an affect on them too. Commissione- Lynch said the Commission v011 have to involve the Board of Supervisors to change the'Ordinance in order to require bonds and medical certificates. He did not think they should hold up the current renewals. Staff said renewal is a discretionary action. The Ordinance is silent as to requiring medical proof. Staff suggested the Commission consider these renewals on their merits as they have done in the past and notd that according to the way the ortlinance is written, renewals are adopted by Use Permit. it does not give the Planning Commission the authority to add conditions without going through the use permit process, but does allow the Commission to approve or deny renewals..
