As of this date, the following violations still exist: Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain final inspection prior to occupancy and permit expiration for repair fire damage for single .family residence in violation of the provision of the 1994 Uniform Building Code and Sections 17922 and 18941.5 of the California Health and Safety Codes as follows: (a) Section 301(a) Permits Required (b) Section 305(a) Inspections Required (c) Section 305(d) Inspection Approval Required before Use or Occupancy The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you applying for a permit to complete the work and paying the appropriate fees.
