4. Connect gas meter to mobilehomewith connector, turn on gas, test connections with
soapy water.

1. De -energize electrical wiring system of the mobilehome at the pedestal.
2. Make sure that the power supply cord or feeder assembly conductors, including neutral
conductor, have been disconnected.
3. Switch all breakers and switches in the mobilehome to the "on" position.
4. Connect one lead of a test instrument to the mobilehome grounding conductor and
apply the other lead to each mobilehome supply conductor, including neutral.
5. All non-current, carrying metal parts of the mobilehome (aluminum siding, gas line,
water line), including fixtures and appliances, shall be tested for continuity from
such equipment and the grounding conductor.
6. Upon completion of the above procedure, the power supply cord or feeder assembly
conductors shall be connected to the site service equipment. A further continuity
test shall then be made between the grounding electrode and the chassis of the.
mobilehome. Upon satisfactory completion of theelectrical tests, the lot or site
service equipment may be approved for energizing. ,

Book 1 of Maps at Page 39, records of the County of Butte more particularly
described as follows;
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence South along
the West line thereof 48.00 feet to the Northwest corner of that certain
parcel of land described in a deed from,Jasper Leroy Ellis to Francis D.
Ellis and Marie T. Ellis recorded December 4, 1978 in Book 2350 Official
Records, Butte County Recorder's Office at Page 143; thence Easterly a-
long the. North line of said parcel 183.00 feet to the True Point of Begin-
sing.for the herein described right-of-way; thence leaving said North
line, North,, 47 .00 feet to an existing well and the end of this descrip-
tion.
This agreement includes the right -of the grantor to enter upon the
premises to repair, use and maintain the well and improvements within
said right -of --way.
This right=of-way is for the use of and shall inure to the benefit
of said grantor,.'s parcel his heirs, successors or assignees -forever.
The purpose of this agreement and right-of-way is to allow the
grantor and his successors, heirs or assignees the right to use water
from said well.

State of California, and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4 and running thence
South along the West line thereof, a distance of 136 feet to the North -
..west corner of a parcel of land described in a deed to A. M. Martin et
ux, recorded February 16, 1959 in Book 981 of Official Records at page
514; thence East along the North line of said Martin parcel and its
Eastern extension, a distance of 305 feet to a point; thence North
and parallel with the West line of Lot 3, a distance of 136 feet to a
point in the North line of said Lot 3; thence West along the North
line 'of said Lots 3 and 4, a distance of 30.5 feet .to the true point
of beglnriing.
