I talked with a women who identified herself as " Doris PLASTER ". We talked about Roy Albert PLASTER pleading guilty to 24-64 of the Butte County Code, unauthorized use for the zone (CR -10464, Department of Motor Vehicle case): I advised Doris PLASTER that it was obvious that they were still in violation because of the number of cars that were still on the property. I told Doris PLASTER that it has been over a year (3-15-89) since Jerry TURNER and I contacted Judy PLASTER. On the 3-15-89 inspection date we advised Judy PLASTER that there were far to many cars on the .property and advised Judy PLASTER that occupying the mobile home was a violation until such time that permits, inspections and approvals could be obtained. I advised Doris PLASTER that earlier that morning I had checked the Building Department file and did not find any permits that authorized the mobile home. Doris PLASTER said that Judy PLASTER just sleeps there and that the trailer had been there for four or five years. I advised Doris PLASTER that it was a violation and that in over a year the violation still existed. I advised Doris PLASTER that I would be sending some letters that would advise of the violations and would ask for their plan for clearing the violations. lInYP40A UU Jeffrey D.
