This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of Butte to
certify that the land division which created the parcel of property
identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the Subdivision
Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.
1. Property location: on the west side of North Road at
Country Club Road. Palermo area.
2. Assessor's Parcel Number: AP 27-05-49
Description : All that certain property located in the County of Butte, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
Lot or Block 2, containing 43.54 acres, more or less, and all that part of Lot
or Block numbered 5, lying north of North Road containing 2.94 acres, more or
less, as the same are designated and delineated on that certain map entitled,
"Map of Subdivision No. 4 of the Palermo Citrus Tract," which map was filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California,
July 26, 1890.

Also as shown on that certain map entitled, "Official Map of Lots
Numbered 2 and 5 of Palermo Citrus Tract, Subdivision No. 4" which map was
filed in the Office of the -Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California,
March 27, 1928 in Volume "8" of Maps, at Page 25A.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described Parcel:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Lot or Block 2, as shown on said map,
thence southerly along the west line of said Lot or Block, South 000 40' East,
1315.32 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot or Block; thence along the
South line of said Lot or Block, South 89° 30' East, 330 feet to a point; thence
leaving said South line, South 590 37' East, 591.79 feet to a point on the
easterly right of way of North Road as shown on that certain map entitled
"Official Map of Lots Numbers 2 and 5 of Palermo Citrus Tract, Subdivision
No. 4" which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Butte, State of California, March 27, 1928, in Volume "8" of Maps, at Page 25A;
thence leaving said easterly right of way, northwesterly in a direct line to a
point on the north line of said Lot or Block 2, from which the northwest corner
of said Lot or Block 2 bears South 89° 50' West, 716.50 feet along the north
line thereof; thence along the north line of said Lot or Block 2, South 89°
50' West 716.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The above described portion of Lots 2 and 5 are to be combined as one and cannot
be sold separately..
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following conditions
which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-167 and.
Government Code, Section 66499..35 (b), to protect the public health and public
safety:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that parcels 49 and 50 as one comply with
the usable sewage disposl area requirements of Appendix VII of Chapter 20
and verification also to include evidence that AP 27-05-47 and 48 would also
commply as one.
2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable water in
compliance with Chapter 20 of the Code of Butte County is available to the
property.

Dear PLASTERs:
This is a warning letter to notify you that you are in violation
of the Butte County Code, as follows, at the above -referenced
location:
Installed and occupied a mobile home without the required
permits, inspections and approvals from the Planning and
Building Departments and the Division of Environmental Health.
�eated and maintained an auto -dismantler / junkyard
operation.
You should be aware that Butte County has entered into a Code
Enforcement program that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte
County Code, but provides an affective means of enforcement if
compliance is not obtained. If voluntary compliance is not
obtained, enforcement will be pursued through. the issuance of
citations, fines,and recording Notices.of Violation.
You are directed to submit a written plan of how you intend to
clear the above violations to the Planning Department, attention
of Jeff MADDEN.
You have 10 days to voluntarily comply with the above directions.

APP. FOR -DETERMINATION
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on August 28, 1991, the committee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that parcels 49 and 50 as one
comply with the usable sewage disposal area requirements of Appendix 7
of Chapter 20 and verification also to include evidence that AP 27-5-
47 and 48 would also comply as one.
2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable
water in compliance with Chapter 20 of the Code of Butte County is
available to the property.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.
