Plans for the above referenced project were reviewed by this office. Please provide additional information
and/or make revisions to plans, specifications, or calculations as follows:
Provide verification that foundation subgrade is a Class 4 Material or better per Table 18 -I -A.
For Plywood Sheeting per note 2 on sheet 4 indicate connections intended which will allow
transfer of lateral loads to the foundation and subgrade.
Truss NT -2 has a maximum horizontal reaction on the truss calculations of 576# yet the lateral
load implied by the lateral calculations by Mr. Mooney appear to be significantly higher. Please
check'the truss capacity for lateral loads required in the UBC.
The third point reaction (2060#) for truss NT -1 is substantially lower than the second point
reaction (5145#). Please verify that this is correct.
5. Provide the remainder of the information or items requested on the Permit Apllication Data Sheet:
