Dear Ms. Hays:
Please be advised that the. Planning Director has approved your
request for temporary use of a.mobile home during the construct-,
ion of your home located.on 7030 Irwin Avenue pursuant to Butte
County Code, Section 24-53, at the above referenced parcel num-
ber on property zoned.A-5 (Agricultural - 5.acre parcels)..subject
to the following conditions.:
1. That the occupant has secured a building permit for a resi-
dence.
2. That the occupant has secured a sewage disposal.p.ermit from
the Butte.County Health Department.
3. That before six (6) months have elapsed from the date of the
issuance of the building permit, the occupant shall have
completed the foundation, rough plumbing, framing and the
roof.of the proposed residence.
4. That the house must be completed within the one (1) year
period or'the mobile home is replaced with one greater than
500.square feet within one year and the. trailer dwelling must
be abandoned.
.5. That a mobile.home utilities and installation permit be o.b
tained from the Butte County Department of Public Works.

one year and should construction be started but not completed by the expiration
date of the permit, the permit shall be renewed for 2 the original Building
Permit Fee (plus a $10.00 "Filing Fee")..lThe renewal permit will extend the
Building Permit for an additional year from the original expiration date.
Should -you not renew your permit within thirty days of the expiration date,
it cannot be renewed and all work must cease until a new building permit is
issued.
If your construction is completed or should you have any questions concerning
this matter, please.contact the Oroville office.
For your convenience, we are enclosing a renewal application form and owner -

Dear Sir,
I have received your letter dated June 30, 1992, and
understand it to say there is a problem with permits and a
final inspection on the property that I purchased from Mr
and Mrs Hayes.
I was led to understand that the house was ocupied for
over 2 years, and the county was aware of this fact and
had raised the tax assessment to reflect that the house
was lived in.
The house appeared to be in good condition and I am sure
was inspected by your Dept. There are still a few things
that need to be completed. It is a very nice house and my
daughter is living in and caring for this property for me.
When checking for well permits and capacity, the problem
of Hayes non-compliance was not mentioned, so I was not
aware of this problem. I find it hard to believe that the
Hayes were not made to comply with the County rules,
however as I get further along, it appears that the Hayes
did not comply with rules at all. If a notice of
Violation had been filed against the property, I would
have been made aware of their non-compliance thru that
action.
If you will be so kind as to send me a list of what needs
to be done, I will attempt to do so. The next couple of
weeks will be very busy for me, so it may be a month or so
before we can actually get together.
Please contact me if there is anything needed as I will be
the one to resolve it, not my daughter.

lie sent you a warning letter dated June 30, 1992 notifying you that you
are in violation of the Butte County Code at the above referenced location.
As of this date, the following violations still exist.
Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections and failure to obtain
final inspection prior to occupancy and permit expiration for single
family residence in violation of the 1985 Uniform Building Code as
adopted by Section 26-1 of the Butte County Code as follows:
(a) Section 301(x) Permits Required
(b) Section 305(x) Inspections Required
(c) Section 305(d) Inspection Approval Required before Use or Occupancy
The above violation shall be corrected or abated by you applying for a permit
to complete the work and paying the appropriate fees, within. thirty (30)
days of the date of this letter. - After permit issuance and field author-
ization to proceed, the corrections must be completed and approved by this
office within the permit specified time.
Unless the violation(s) is (are) so corrected or abated, a citation shall
be issued to you to appear in court for said violation(s) and for failing
to comply with this notice. Upon conviction of said violation(s) or for
failing to comply with this notice, penalties shall be imposed and a Notice
of Violation recorded in accordance with Section 41-7 of the Butte County
Code.
