I was led to understand that the house was ocupied for over 2 years, and the county was aware of this fact and had raised the tax assessment to reflect that the house was lived in. The house appeared to be in good condition and I am sure was inspected by your Dept. There are still a few things that need to be completed. It is a very nice house and my daughter is living in and caring for this property for me. When checking for well permits and capacity, the problem of Hayes non-compliance was not mentioned, so I was not aware of this problem. I find it hard to believe that the Hayes were not made to comply with the County rules, however as I get further along, it appears that the Hayes did not comply with rules at all. If a notice of Violation had been filed against the property, I would have been made aware of their non-compliance thru that action. If you will be so kind as to send me a list of what needs to be done, I will attempt to do so. The next couple of weeks will be very busy for me, so it may be a month or so before we can actually get together.
