Pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the County of `
Butte and the special conditions set.forth below: Harmon Lee Smith' is
hereby granted a Use Permit in accordance with application filed:
5/10/85 to allow a mobile home as a temporary second dwelling on
property zoned AR -MH -5 located on_the_ 100�e�t side of Overhead Drive, lQ
feet north of Cynthiann Lane off Bobemia . Avenue, Palermo.
l. Fa�lure to comply with the conditions specified herein .s the basis
for approval of application and issuance of Permit, constitutes
cause for the revocation of said permit in ac/cordance wit the
procedures set forth in the Butte County Zoning Enabling Ordinance.
17. Unless otherwise provided for in a condition to a use permit, all
conditions must be completed by the permittee within 12 months of
the delivery of the countersigned permit to the permittee. '
3.If any.use'for which a use permit has been granted is not
established 'within one year of the date of receipt of the
countersigned permit by±he permittee, the permit shall become null
�n.d void and reapplication shall be required'toestablish the use.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. Occupancy of the mobile home is limited to a`close friend or
relative by blood or marriage.
2. No rent is to be charged to the occupant of the mobile home.
3. New mobile home to connect to existing sewag*,^disposal system and
domestic water well.
4. The mobile home is to be a temporary use onthe property pursuant to
the requirements of_Section 24-304 of the Butte County code.

5. The Use.Permit shall expire twoyears from the date of issuance `f
the Uss� Perm -it. Upon application,
the Planning Commission may grant
an extehsion`of the Use Permit n.ot exceeding.cxie year.

6. In the event
*that'the applicant who is residing within the mobile
home.or the conventionalresidence, for any reason, moves to another
location or is deceased, then in that event, the Use Permit granted
hereih shal]:-' auto�oatically expire and the mobile���omeshall.be
removbd withir) ohe hundredtwenty (120) days. In the. event the
mobile`nome is notremoyed within one hundred tw,enty (120) days
pursuant�to the terms. -of the Use Permit, the County shall remove the
mobile home and store it at the owner's expense.
7. The applicant to `ay a deposit or post a bond to cover the cost of
removal in the amount of $1"000.

from any -property line and not within 50 feet of the ceht6rline of
