We understand there,are,no permits for these 2 living structures or septic systems that now house 2 families. The property has junk vehicles there now and has had over the years this is.a concern to `us.about ground water contamination. Again the Mobil. Homes on this property have no permits for electric or septic we see our -ground water in jeopardy - Can you please let us know what actions we.can'take to resolve this issue. He stated that he believes there is only supposed to be one mobile home on the property according to the zoning. Regarding the sewage system, Mr. Jellema states thatthe top leach line leaks into a seasonal stream on his property, into a neighbor's pond and then into the O.W.I.D. drainage ditch. Mr. Jellema believes that Mr. Winters,should conform to the regulations of having to obtain building permits for the necessary changes that need to be accomplished. He is angry due to the fact that Mr. Winters complained about something,that he (Mr. Jellema) had failed to obtain a permit for. Mr. Jellema stated,that because of that complaint, he obtained permit after permit and complied with regulations to bring everything up to code. Mr. Jellema stated that he would, call O.W.I.D., Environmental Health and anyone necessary to accomplish what -he feels needs to be -done: He also stated that he would file a complaint against the County Building Department if we did not take care of the"complaint he is filing against Mr. Winters.
