Dear Mr. Solomon,
In response to your letter of March 21, 1994, I have reviewed file records for 6675 Upper
Palermo Road, Oroville (A.P. # 027-070-076). Our records indicate that at the time of final,
September 7, 1982, the dwelling unit met the California Energy Commission and Uniform
Building Code requirements that are enforceable under the building permit process and were
in effect at that time.,
For an investigative fee of $46.00 per hour (1/2 hour minimum), a written chronological
record of building permit, code violation, and enforcement -activities on a given parcel may
be obtained. This does not include any field inspection time, is informational only, and does
not act as a guarantee or warranty of the current condition of the existing structures.

Earthquake Damage Inspection for Alice Stanhope

October 22, 1976
As per your request, an inspection was made of this property located at
6675 Upper Palermo Road in the Palermo area and the following items should
be corrected:
1. At the southwest corner of the house, the house has settled.
Replace the girder and any other deteriorated or dry -rotted
studs, joists, flooring, siding, etc. in this area. (If it.
is not practical to replace the girder with a conventional
pier and girder system, use a pressure -treated timber.)
2. The bathroom floor system and adjacent walls have settled and
shifted as have the plumbing fixtures, Replace any deteriorated
or dry -rotted portions of the floor and wall system and recon-
struct and brace as necessary. Also, plumbing fixtures must be
reset, re -plumbed as necessary with new wallboard, paint, and
finish flooring applied. (Plumbing fixtures must be properly
connected to the building sewer and properly vented.) Any elec-
trcal facilities affected by this work must be properly reinstalled
or replaced in a safe condition.
Whether these items are corrected under your program or by the owner, permits
and inspections are required from this office.
