This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County of Butte to
certify that the land division which created the parcel of property
identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the Subdivision
Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.
1. Property location: on the west end of Cricket Lane
approx. 1100 ft. westerly of Butte
Vista Road. East Oroville area.
2. Assessor's Parcel Number: AP 27-14-43
Description : All that certain property located in the County of Butte, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
The Remainder Parcel as shown on that Parcel Map for Gunter Ranft, in
Mapbook 117, page 63, filed January 31, 1990 in the Butte County Recorder's
Office, together with CRICKET LANE, a 60 foot wide easement for access and
utilities from Butte Vista Road, as shown on aforesaid Parcel Map.
This easement is appurtenant to and shall inure for the benefit of the owners
or subsequent owners of the Remainder Parcel as shown on said Parcel Map and
their heirs, successors, or assignees, and applies to any part or parts
thereof.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following conditions
which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-166 and
Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect.the public health and public
safety:

Dear Mr. Ranft:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on July 11, 1990, the committee granted a
conditional'Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
1. Provide an accurate legal description of the property.
2. Provide legal access to the property.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed.waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.
