That could be done although within two years the potholes would return. This would mean the major swales on the property. Vx. Loftus .is not proposing to create any reservoirs in his crossing of the stream. He will use a railroad flatcar to dam and cross the stream. There are not a swales that Mr. Evans knows of that will have any more ponds In,Jiboa. Mfr. Mendonea said that Mosquito Abatement wants to get ri(f of any ponds, that are in any of the existing drainage swales that are shovM do the mail. It surely does not mean to level every lot. The property is characterized by o rolling foothill terrain: covered by an oak -grassland type of vegetation. Wyandotte Creek flows from ,northeast to southwest through the property area.
