declaration of environmental impact with, mitigations and approved

Clarence TreadWell Tcntative Parcel Map, a proposal to divide AP

Palermo, the parcel: is traversed by Wyaneu)tte Creek and lies in
an oak woodland area which may harbor ;3�'�nsitive plant species
We concur with the proposed x1o, development zone on each side
of Wyandotte Creek provided it fully encompasses all wetland
vegetation bounding the creek.
if any project activity threatens oak trees, we recommend
their protection using the attached guidelines.
This project site contains the habitat types known to harbor
sensitive plant species which have been found in that general
area. A botanical survey should be made -to determine if such

County Board of Supervisors -and the District Board of Education to supply the
District with any additional educational facilities and equipment, and that the owners
�ogreie to support and to not in any manner protest against the establishment of any
funciing mechanism for additional educational facilities and equipment, and agree to
pay their pro rata share thereof.
2. The undersigned o"wr►ers agree '� cooperate with the 'Distri.ct in Its efforts In
,creating the additional fees or other funding mechanisms as described above by
supporting the District before the County of Butte, and with the other property
owners within the jurisdiction of the 'District.

such additional educational impact fees or any other fees that may be imposed by an
ordinance adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte and action of
