At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
9 Committee meeting held :on August 15, 1990, the committee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above-referenced
pr perty. The rooditi.ons are:
1. Provide satisfactory evi&pnce �:at the parcel complies with the
usable sewage disposfil area required by Ch. 20 of the code of Butte
County.
2. Provide satisfact1ory evidence that adequate quantities of potable:
' water is available ttY the parcel in compliance with Ch. 20 of the code
of Butte County.
There is a fifteen-days` appea] period before this Certificate can tie
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
