1h: All of Butte County is within a Moderate Earthqucka Intensity
zone V111. The subject property Is located approximately '1 /2 mile
west of faults associated with the Foothill Shear Zone which surp-�rted
the 1375 Oroville earthquake. Construction of buildings to Uniform
Building Cade standards for seismically active areas should provide
adequate protection to occupants in casE, of seismic tactivity.
