On January 9, 1990, I visited the .property with an Investigator from. the Butte County District Attorney's Office and a Butte County Code Enforcement Officer.. The following conditions were observed which are in violation of the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (a)(5,10,13,15); and Butte County Code Chapter 19, Section 19-4; "Unlawful Sewage Disposal Methods," and which pose health and/or safety hazards to any tenants. 1. There is a large amount of trash, rubbish, and debris as well as junk vehicles on the premises. 2. There is no' power to the dwelling. 3. There is an open and inadequate septic system serving the dwelling. 4. There are numerous missing and broken windows in the dwelling. There appeared to be a number of Health, Building, and Housing code violations inside the structure and further inspection will have to be.made to determine these. This dwelling has been condemned by this Department,,ind is not to be occupied until such time as the condemnation has been lifted. These conditions shall be corrected as follows and within THIRTY (30) DAYS from receipt of this notice. On January 9, 1990, I visited the .property with an Investigator from the Butte County District Attorney's Office and a Butte County Code Enforcement Officer. The following conditions were observed which are in violation of the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (a)(5,10,13,15); and Butte County Code Chapter 19, Section 19-4; "Unlawful Sewage Disposal Methods," and which pose health and/or safety hazards to any tenants. 1.
