Dear Mr. and Mrs. Diane Fournier:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on August 29, 1990, the committee granted a
conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the
installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single
family residence exists on the property.
2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable
water are available for a single family residence on the property.
There is a'fifteen-day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.
