Ill. DISCUSSION OF ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION
The applicant of this protect proposes to divine 2"0+ acres o land irito
3 separate parcel's, each 4:{67+ acres in size. The sItr. is located approxi
0.5 miles south of the Gra.er and `tacl�intosh intersection of the West
side of Crievenue, nine miles southeast of. Qraville. Most of the site

has less than 10% slopes. The property is c'haracterited by rol.ling �
hills which have been used for grazang livestock in the .pasty Wyandotte
