The mobilehome is full of rubbish, clothing and other refuse which is providing a potential fire hazard and vermin harborage and is unsafe for occupancy. 11. Front deck lacks hand rails on stairway. This mobilehome is unsafe for human occupancy, Effective upon receipt of this notice, cease and desist occupancy until minimal health standards are met and approved by this department. Within THRITY (30) DAYS from receipt of this notice complete the following repairs. Obtain permits from the Butte County Department of Public Works for the deck and plumbing repairs, and from°.the Butte County De- partment of Public Health for the septic tank repair or replacemnt. These permits may be obtained at 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA. Obtain permits for repair of the mobilehome from the Department of -Housing and Community Development, Division of Codes and Standards; 6007 Folsom Boulevard, Sacramento, California 95819 (tele- phone 916-445-9471). 1. Repair or replace the failed sewage disposal system. 2. Remove all refuse accumulations including garbage and rubbish from the property I and mobilehome and dispose of it at an approved disposal site. Provide covered fly -tight garbage containers and do not permit refuse to accumulate on the pre- mises for over seven days. ! 3. Provide domestic water to all fixtures in the mobilehome, by repairing well pump or obtaining electrical service as needed. 4. Provide adequate heating and hot water to the mobilehome by obtaining propane. 5. Provide electrical lighting to the mobilehome. 6. Repair general dilapidation of the mobilehome, i.e. floors, paneling, and other damage. Clean the mobilehome thoroughly. 7. Repair or replace damaged or defective electrical facilities. 8. Repair mobilehome plumbing including waste drain plumbing so all sewage is confined to the septic tank and leach field. 9. Repair leaking roof, windows, doors, etc. to make the mobilehome weathertight. 10. Remove all rubbish, trash, clothing and other debris from the entire mobile - home to eliminate all fire hazards, and vermin harborages. 11. Provide proper handrails on deck and stairway. A reinspection will be made. Failure to comply with this notice will result in the Franchise Tax Board being advised of your noncompliance. You will then be prevented from claiming state tax deductions for taxes, depreciation, amortization, or interest expenses connected with the property as long as it remains substandard.
