After permit issuance and field authorization to proceed, the work must be completed and approved by this office within the permit specified time. Upon all work to correct or abate the noncompliance being completed and approved by the affected department, and payment of a fee $300.00, a Notice of Compliance shall be submitted to the Recorder of Butte County for recordation pursuant to Butte County Code Section 41-6.1(k) and 41-9.
