This is a proposal, to modify the boundary line between 2 parcels in the
Palermo area. The present zoning is A:-5 (Agricultural 5 acre parcels).
I he Lan Use Plarni Map of the Butte County General Plan designates this area
as Agricultural -Residential. There are no specific or conununity plans
for the urea.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any adopted or
proposed element of the Butte County General Plan not any, County, specific
or community plan.
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the
California Environmental Quality Ait in accordance with Section 15305 of
the Public Resources Code which states:
