Although we accepted a building permit application from Mr. LaForce on September 26, 2007, we determined on the next business day that the home was intended to be moved from the existing property to another site, and was therefore not a valid application. We are returning the enclosed check from La Force Photography and Enterprises as we discussed by phone on November 7, 2007, and have cancelled the building permit application until resolution of this issue.
