All that certain real property situated in the
unincorporated area of Butte County, California, merged
into one parcel 'and being Lots 77 and 78, of the Town of
Honcut, according to the Map thereof filed in the Office of
the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California,
on March 13, -1899, in Book 7 of Maps, at Page 85 and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 78, said
point being on the westerly right of way of a forty (40)
foot wide road as shown on said Map; thence southerly along
the boundary of said Lots 78 and 77 and along the westerly
right of way. 190 -feet to the southeast corner of said Lot
77; thence leaving said right of way, westerly along the
south line of said Lot 77, 100 feet to the southwest corner
of said Lot 77; thence northerly along the boundary of said
Lots 77 and 78, 190 feet to the northwest corner of said
Lot 78; said point being on the southerly right of way of
School Street as shown on said Map; thence easterly along
the said southerly right of way and boundary 100 feet to
the Point of Beginning. -
The Basis of Bearings for this description is the same as
shown on said Town of Honcut Map.
