This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County
of Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel of '
property identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.
1. Property location: West side of 3rd St. approx. 500 ft.
south of Lower Honcut'Rd., Honcut area.
2. Assessor's Parcel Number: 28 -075 -04 -
Description: All that certain property located in the County
of -Butte, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 5; thence westerly ten (10')
feet along Lower Honcut Road; thence southerly two hundred (2001) feet;
thence easterly one hundred ten (1101) feet to Third Street; thence in a
northerly direction along Third Street to the corner of Lot 5 of the
Official Map of the Town of Honcut as filed March 13, 1899, in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
Issuance'of this Certificate is conditional upon the following
conditions which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code
C'!apter'20-167 and Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect
t_ie. public health, and public safety.
1. Reversion to acreage by resubdivision application be
filed wherein Assessor's Parcel Numbers 28-075-02, 03
and 04 would be combined into two parcels.

Appli ation for Determination
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held July 11, 1979, the Committee issued a conditional
Certificate of Compliance for AP 28-075-04. The condition is as
follows:
1. Reversion to acreage by resubdivision application be
filed wherein Assessor's Parcel Numbers 28-075-02, 03
and 04 would be combined into two parcels.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional
Certificate of Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and re-
turn the attached waiver waiving your right to appeal the Commit-
tee's decision.
If you have.any questions regarding this matter, please contact
this office.
