This is a reversion and resubdivision TPM to divide 35 acres to create
2 parcels, 1 @ 10 acres,and 1 @ 25 acres more or less. I he present zoning
is A-5 (Agricultural - 5 acre parcels): The Land Use Plan Map of the
Butte County General Plan designates this area as Agricultural Residential.
There are no specific or community plans for the area.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any adopted or
proposed element of the Butte County General Plan not any County, specific
or community plan.
Recommend approval subject to the following condition:
1. 'Verify that the two original parcels were legally created.
