I am the owner of property Parcel No 028-170-176-000 in Butte County. I would
like to develop this property and prior to starting would like to know the cost of permit fees
and other costs involved in developing this property.
Please itemize the permit fees and other fees required to make the following

Drilling water well 200 feet deep. ,
Septic System for above mobile home.
Electrical hook up to P G & E power line.
Any other fees that are required.
A percolation test was done on this property on 09 November 1988.
