Dear Ms. Quarry:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee held on
June 6, 1994, the Committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the
above -referenced property. The condition is:
1. Verify that the available sewage disposal area is provided.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this certificate can be recorded unless you
sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's
decision. If the condition is met prior to the end of the appeal period, a "clean"
certificate with no conditions will be issued.
