General Plan as Agricultural Residential. The project conforms to both
the General Plan and zoning ordinance. The subdivision design is
consistent with the surrounding development character of the area.
1project This ro"ect will represent an incremental increase in demand for
public services in a rural area of the County at a time when County
budgets and resources for public services are very limited.
16a: Pacific Gas & Electric Company power lines traverse the project
site. A public utility easement should be dedicated to pacific Gas &
Electric Co., such easement should be shown on the map. A public
utility easement will allow access to PG&E to service the existing
power lines.
Recommended Mitigation Measures:
1. Dedicate a 200 foot no-development easement from the centerline of
the drainage swales located on the property and show on map.
2. Dedicate a public utility easement to PG&E along -the existing
Utility poles and show such easement on map.
