Feafth Department requirements and that issuance of the certificate will not be detrimental to the
Y�paith, safety or welfare of the people of Butte County or other properties in the; territory in which

At the regular meeting of the Butte County Development Review Committee held on
September 12, 1994, the Committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance
for the above -referenced property. The condition is 1. Pay *9.00 recording foe.
There will .also be a note placed on the Certificate as follows; "Location of the septic
system may be restricted by the Environmental Health Departments Contact the
Environmental Health Department prior to any grading."
There is a fiftelzn=day appeal period before this certifitate can be recorded unless you
