Commencing at a point in the centerline of the County Road leading from
Bangor to La Porte from which the Southeast corner of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 13, bears South 12
degrees 541 East, 1,781.59 feet,,said point of commencement being
identical with the Southeast corner of that tract of land hereinfore
conveyed by Carl Francis Bettinger and wife, to Jennette C. Gilkey and
A. G. Gilkey, by Deed of record in Book 416 of Official Records, at page
402, records to Butte County, California; thence South 87 degrees 41'
West, along the South line of ' said last mentioned tract, in distance of
439.00 feet to the Southwest corner thereof; thence South 15 degrees'141
East, 123.53 feet; thence South 20 degrees 28' East, 343.74 feet to a
said point lying also on the boundary of that tract of land described in
the Certificate by B. L. McCoy, State Licensed Land Surveyor of record
in Book 104 of Official Records, at pages 145 and 146, records of Butte
County, California; thence along the boundary of said last mentioned
tract the following courses and distances: North 70 degrees 351 East,'
104.60 feet; North 48 degrees 081 East, 110.35 feet; North 16 degrees
421 East, 366.00 feet.to the point of commencement.

records of Butte County, California, being also the true point of
beginning of the parcel of land described -herein; thence from said true
point of beginning, South 20 degrees 281 East to a point in said
centerline; thence along said centerline and said certificate boundary
line, North 70 degrees 35' East, 104.60; thence continuing along said
lines, North 48 degrees 08' East, 110.35 feet; thence Northwesterly in a
direct line, to the true point of beginning.

minimums and may be superseded by Butte County local regulations,' which equal or exceed
these standards. Butte County Building Inspectors will make compliance inspections.
Drivewav Standards
1XI S ' urface. All driveway surfaces and structures (bridges,'culverts and other
appurtenant structures which' supplement the roadway bed or shoulders) shall
provided unobstructed access to conventional drive vehicles, including sedans
and fire apparatus weighing up to 40,000 pounds.
1XI Grade. Not to exceed 16 percent unless paved.
Driveway Radius
1XI No roadway shall have a horizontal inside radius of curvature of less than 50 feet
and -additional surface width of 4 feet shall be added to curves of 50-100 feet
radius; 2 feet to those from 100-200 feet.
1XI The length of vertical curves in roadways exclusive of gutters, ditches and
drainage structures designed to hold or divert water shall be not less than 100
feet radius.

National Fire Protection Association Standard for installation of sprinkler systems in one
