—1. Submit a plan of the existing on-site mature trees, located in the proposed for building and driveway area prior to grading or
vegetation removal. Minimize the removal of mature trees, where possible. A mature tree shall be defined as a tree with a
trunk measuring 4 inches in diameter, 4 feet from ground level. Mature trees removed shall be replaced byplianting
replacement trees of equal number and not less than — gallon size.
—2. Prior to the commencement of grading and/or construction activity, all individual or groups of oak trees which are to be
retained as part of the project, shall be fully protected through the use of root protection zones (RPZ). During construction,
RPZs shall be established using protective fencing enclosing an area with a radius 1.5 times the distance from the trunk to the
dripline. Within this protective buffer, no grading, trenching, fill, or vegetation alteration of any kind shall be allowed. 11be
RPZs shall be maintained after the completion of construction in order to continue to protect the oak trees, but the &-ricinj shall
be removed.
—3. Fencing for ' areas other than residential areas shall be limited to a maximum of 5 wire strands. The lower strand shall be at
least 16" above the ground and the upper strand shall be no higher than 48" above the ground.
—4. Pay the require�&CSA 87 Traffic and Drainage Mitigation fee of $2,500.
—5. Prior to any clearing, grading and/or construction in a Federal or State identified 100 year floodplain and/or streambed the
following entitilements must be obtained. a California Fish and Game 1604 Streambed Alteration permit and an Army Corps
404 permit or exemption certificate.
—6. Pay the current West Chico Fire Station Fee of $75.
—7. Pay water tender fees in the amount of $200 to Battalion Number — of the Butte County Fire Department.
—8. Automatic fire suppression sprinkler systems shall be installed in all residential structures in accordance with the National Fire
Protection Association Standard for the installation of sprinkler systems in one and two family dwellings and mobile homes,
NFPA Standard 13D, unless a pressurized community water system with hydrants that meet Fire Department specifications,
serves the parcel.
—9. Obtain approval from the Department of Fish and Game for vegetation removal. Contact Fish & Game at 916-355-7010.
—10. A traffic mitigation fee for each new or additional living unit shall be paid. Pay the amount of $750 as stated in t he Oroville
Area Traffic Mitigation Fee Agreement Payment to be made to the Planning Division.

At that time,, ve would expect you to correct the violations by removal of the
mobilehome or replacement with one of 500'sq.ft. in area.,and either removal or
bringing up to code the ramada, and utility room construction without permits.
We have inspected the existing foundation and found thaf It is satisfactory for
the construction of a 1 -story residential structure if the, 2-higl* block stepwall
is poured'solid.
The only'appirent problem was that it may lie necessary to excavate to obtain the
required underfloorclearance for the proposed dwelling.

home Parks Act of Title 25, California Code of Regulations, adopted
by Section 28A -1 -of the Butte County Code as follows:

(c) 1324 -Permits Required for Mobilehome Installation

The above violation(s) shall be corrected or abated by you by submitting
three (3) complete sets of plans, applying for the required permits, and
paying the appropriate fees, including penalties. Af ter permit issuance
and field authorization to proceed, the work must be completed and approved
by this office within the permit specified time.
This is your final warning. Unless you c . ontact this office and make the
proper arrangements to correct or abate the violation(s) voluntarily, within
ten (10) days from the date of this letter, enforcement shall be pursued
through the issuance of a citation (ordering you to appear in court) for
