lb,c,Bc,f: Development of two homesItes on the property will require
some grading as part of driveway and building site -preparation. The
sorface disruption will result in some increase in erosion potential
and storm drainage runoff.
1h; The project site Is located immediately southeast of the
Cleveland Hills Fault special studies zone and 18 located within, the
Foothill Shear Zone. Construction or single-family dwellings o meet
the requirements of the Uniform Boilding Code for seismically active
areas will provide ,adequate structural protection.

Road. All off' the traffic generated by the residents of the numerous
5- to 10 -acre parcels must traverse the Ounstone Drivo/Misslon Olive
Road intersection. Secondary access Is necessary to provide for
emergency sitUations. Circulation In the area is difficult due to
topography (creek to the east and ridges and ravines to the west).
Access to toe south is limited by large parcels devoted to grazing.,
1,1* This project will increase the demand for public services in a
rural area currently receiving such services. Response times and
levels of service will be decreased given the budget cutbacks of
personnel In the 1985/86 fiscal year.
20a: The subject property Is located in an area of moderately high
archaeological sensitivity. An archaeological survey or written
clearance f rom a, qualified archaeo I og I st is necessary to determine
whether significant archaeological or historic resources are present.
