At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory Agency hrI(I on
January 3, 1986, the agency approved your boundary line modification
on the abov(!-referenced property, noting that the protect is categorically
exempt from environmental review and subject to the conditions listed
on the attached sheet.
If no appeals are timely filed --within ten (10) days of the date of the
Advisory Agency's approval --with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors,
this action will be final,
The conditi_.ns of approval trust be met within twenty-four months of the
date of approval by the Advisory Agency,
