Enclosed is your check and application for an Agricultural Building Exempt Permit. We
do not issue Agricultural Building Exempt Permit on water wells.
An Agricultural Building Exemption Permit is a structure designed and constructed to
house farm implements, hay, grain, poultry, livestock, or other horticultural products.
If you have any questions regarding this matter please contact Scott Rutherford, Monday
