Dear Mr. Anderson:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violatibn
Committee held March 18,:1981, the Committee issued a conditional
Certificate of Compliance for AP 28-27-133 subject to the conditions
as listed on the attached sheet.
They is a fifteen -day appe-.l period before this conditional.Certifir_ate
of Compliance can be recorded unless a waiver is signed.waiving your.
right to appeal the Committee's decision. Since you have already
signed the waiver, we will go ahead and record your conditional.
Certificate of Compliance.
The Subdivision Violation Committee also authorized County departments to
issue permits for one residence on AP 28-27-133, noting that a conditional
Certificate of Compliance was issued and that allowing the issuance of
a single dwelling permit will not be detrimental to the public health
or safety of the people of Butte. County
