I have been maintaining the estate as executress since Jan. 184,, but I have not had the ppportunity or the money needed to renew the permit or continue construction. Probate will be finished in June of this year, and of course I hope I will have sufficient capital at that time to complete the construction. I will at that time renew the application, or submit an application to complete the project.
