Dear Mr. Castleberry, and/or Mr. Glander;
I write in regard to your letter of Feb. 9, 184, re. building permit #3546•-80
expired 7/16/83. A.P. #28-17-119. You enclosed for me a new permit application.
The permit that has expired was in,the name of my father, John Monson. The
reason the permit was expired ie because of his death, Sept.8, 183. I have been
maintaining the estate as executress since Jan. 184,, but I have not had the ppportunity
or the money needed to renew the permit or continue construction.
Probate will be finished in June of this year, and of course I hope I will have
sufficient capital at that time to complete the construction. I will at that time
renew the application, or submit an application to complete the project.
I am truly sorry the situation is as it is, but I will do my best to complete
all necessary steps when I can.
