This is a proposal for a Boundary Line Modification to create
four large parcels in place of eight smaller parcels. The
present zoning is A-40. The Land Use Plan Map of the Butte
County General .plan desirtnates this area as Orchard & Field
Crop. The project site is locates( in the Darham--Dayton-Nelson
Planning Area boundaries. This Area plan is currently being
developed. Current alternatives .recommend the existing
zoning and General Plan designations
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any
adopted or proposed element of the Butte County General Plan
nor any County, specific or colnmunity plan,
The proposed project is A;ategorcally exempt from all require
meats of CEQA in raccordance to; Section 15305(a) of the Public
ResOurGes Code which states
