3. FINDINGS: The proposed project will allow the construction of agri-

page and $.50 for each additional page.
6. Any person wishing to contest this Negative Declaration may file a
written protest specifying the reasons therefor. Such written pro-
test shall be filed with the Butte County planning Commission at the
Planning Department office within fifteen (15) days from the date
this Negative Declarat4on was filed with the County Clerk. If a
written protest is timely filed, a hearing regarding the Negative
Declaration will be held by the Planning Commission. Objections
