All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California described
as follows:
Being a portion of the Town of Richvale as shown on that certain map filed for record
January 17, 1910 in Map Book 6 at page 53 in the Butte County Recorder's Office more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 217, 218, 246 and 247 as shown on said Map.
Together with the East 120.00 feet of Lot 146 and the North 58 feet of the East 120 feet
of Lot 147 as said Lots are shown on said Map.
Also together with to following described real property:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 218;
Thence South 00°36'00" West, 363.00 feet along the easterly property lines of said Lots
218, 146, 246 and 147 to the southeasterly corner of the North 58.00 feet of the East
120.00 feet of said Lot 147;
Thence South 89°13'00" East, 10.00 feet on an easterly projection of the North 58.00 feet
