Butte County Code at the above -referenced location as follows:
Failure to obtain approval of previous corrections,,failure
to obtain final approval -prior to expiration. of the permit.
Since permits and inspections are required for the above.work, please contact
this office within ten days of the date of - this letter, summit two complete
sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees..
All work must stop until these permits are issued and you are authorized
by our field inspector' to proceed. This field authorization cannot be made
until the existing work is inspected and approved.
Please be aware that Butte County has entered into a Code Enforcement Program
that seeks voluntary compliance with the Butte County Code but provides
an effective means of enforcement if such compliance is not obtained. If
voluntary compliance is not obtained, enforcement- will be pursued through
the issuance of citations, fines, and the recording of a Notice of Violation.

Gentlemen:
With reference to the above subject, our records indicate that your Building
Permit will expire on the above date. Building permits are valid for one
year and should construction be started but not completed by the expiration
date of the permit, the permit shall be renewed for a the original Building
Permit Fee (plus a $10.00 "Filing Fee"). The renewal permit will extend the
Building Permit for an additional year from the original expiration date.
Should you not renew your permit in a timely manner, it cannot be renewed
and all work must cease until a new building permit is issued.
If your construction is completed or should you have any questions concerning
this matter, please contact the Oroville office.
For your convenience, we are enclosing a renewal application form and owner -
builder form to be completed and signed by you where indicated and returned
