Dear Mr, Chan:
We refer you to our request for variance from county setback
ordinance No. 506, dated Feb. 16, 1965 and approved Match 11, 1965,
for construatiou of three warehouses on assessor parcels 29, 24
and 12. As stated in the request, two warehouses were constructed
in the &,mmer of 1965 under permits 815 Foundation and 81.9 Building.
We at this time plan, to construct the third warel-iouse as ap-
proved under the March 11, 1965 approved variance and have engaged
an engineer to draw plans, which will. be submitted in about thirty
days for building permits.
Kindly advise if there are any requirements other than this
notice we are obligated to 'perform. We respectfully request your
reply in writing for our filen.

extension and redesign the Jockey and restroom area so that it would
be outside the setback area: Svon with the proposed designp if the build-
ing wet'e "cut off" at the setback line all that would be lost is the
foyer area i,n the locker room and the door swing area of the restiroom.

Bettye Kircherread. Analysis and Recommendations from Staff Fi:nding,!�. of
11/18/82, noting that the objections that Public Works had made earIier had
been withdrawn.
There was no correspondence. The hearing was opened to the public.
Dan Cook, whose engineering firm represented thy+ applicant, stated that
the plan was to use rigid frame construction foltiro addition.and commented
on the uniqueness of the parcel noting that there wore no similar parcels
in the area. He also noted that Milt Sirjesse was in the audience to answer
,questions,
