in order to legally sign the "Application for Use Permit/Variance'".
Application shall be considered void if not signed by owner or his legal agent.

cultural Residential Mobile Home) located on the south
side of Lindale Ave., approximately 350 ft. west of
Second St., i.dentified, as AP 29-25-06, Richuale.

Mr. Lawson read staff findings.
Proponents: 'James Warren spoke in favor, stating that the carport
could be placed on the back portion of the lot, but the driveway
would have to be constructed off an unimproved alley. j
Opponents: No one.
The hearing was closed and Commi.ssio,ter Hanford being unable to make,
adequate findings for approval --finding that there is no ducumentation
that the structure cannot be physically located elsewhere on the lot,
made a motion Eor denial. Her motion was seconded by Com.�1issa.oner
Watters.
AYES: Commissioners Gilbert; Hanford, Moore, Smith, Thebach,
Watson, Watters and Chairman Sylva.
NOES: Commissioners Camenzind,
ABSENT! No one.
