This is a proposal to divide 9.92 acres 'to create 4 parcels,
2 at 2 acres, 1 at 3.3 acres and 1 at 2.6 acres. The Land
Use Plan Map of the Butte County General Plan designates
this area as Low Density RAsidential.. There are no specific
or community plans for the area.
The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any
adopted or proposed element of the Butte County General
Plan nor any County, specific or community plan.
Recommend approval of revised map subject to the following
mitigation measure:
1. Pay a traffic study and traffic light fee of $25.00
per parcel.
