Re: Wil Baker Residence at 1435 Tehama St., Oroville I have field inspected the above residence for the installation of the retrofit seismic anchor at the front of the garage. The builder drilled the hole for the 5/8" diameter all -thread 10" beyond the rupture in the concrete. The "Simpson' epoxy -tie adhesive was properly installed to provide an anchor for the holdown device.
